One gold award, five silver awards, and five merit awards were presented to these students.
The Inland Empire campus also enjoyed their own victory by sweeping the category of "Single Consumer or Trade Magazine Ad" at the Inland Empire Ad Club's ADDY Awards held the night before. Students also took home one gold award, one silver award, and one bronze award.
"The recognition of Westwood students by these two Ad Clubs speaks to how Westwood College emphasizes real-world experience and helps students graduate with skills that are immediately applicable to their career paths," said John Hanson, Westwood College - Los Angeles Campus regional vice president. "This is an outstanding performance by our design school students, and we are thrilled by their accomplishments."
All students who received who received an award are enrolled in one of Westwood College's eight School of Design programs. Here, the students are taught practical career skills by professionals in the design industry. The content is designed to be engaging, challenging, and relevant.
